Description

typical of his work

there would be no reason to paint"

I took this picture on a trip to a farm near Jansenville in the Groot Karoo

painted by Edgar Degas in 1890

London South African Artist typical of his workI still remember the first time I braved the tubes by myself, to go and see Tower Bridge. I was in London on a holiday visa for a 2 month period with my sister and a few friends. I was not very well traveled and this big city was a totally new world to me. I really wanted to see Tower Bridge and after the a month of all work and no play I decided to brave the tubes by myself. I was still pretty clueless about where I was going, but I made it in time
