Elevage is done in old Grand Cru Chablis barrels. Some have compared this wine to those of the highly esteemed producer Vilmart, though we think that Coessens has his own inimitable style. This is at once full bodied, and bright. Very rich and textured, yet still graceful. Complex notes of all sorts of citrus fruits, and an endless finish. Superb!
