Though rare for the Champagne region, pinot meunier accounts for 40 percent of grapes grown on the estate. Vinified in stainless steel and with only 1 g l of dosage in the finish, this cuve represents the specificities of its unique terroir and highlights the natural beauty and complexity of the pinot meunier grape.
