Grauburgunder off Andi Mann's organic vines at Eckelsheim in Rheinhessen, fermented on its skins with indigenous yeasts and aged twelve months in neutral oak so the fruit leads rather than the cellar. Bright orchard fruit, ripe tropical notes and a gentle herbal lift, held together by a clean line of acidity. The palate is
