Strong rose hip tea and floral scents with aromas of pepper, clove in the mix. Juicy in the palate but with light, crisp tannins keeping things tight and fine and fresh. Back palate acidity is epic, tart and tangy, a feature, and amaro laced flavours linger. Serious but seriously drinkable. Outstanding.
