Fontassa Gavi Ca Adua Baga cherry colaFontanassa is located in Rovereto di Gavi, in the heart of the historic area of Gavi. Owned by Marco and Roberto Gemme, the first vintage released in 1988. The C Adua is made from Cortese grapes harvested from vines planted to clay soils with stones. Fermentation and ageing was in steel tanks.
